Nashville in 1994. He would be the dancer of a hip-hop group
called the Grits from Gotee Records. He started to appear on
several of Grits' songs and videos, including "Hopes and
Dreams" and "Alcoholic plagiarism". See the Grits album
"Factors of the seven" from 1997. Then Gotee Records CEO,
Toby McKeehan approached Knowdaverbs to record an album,
which would be his debut release The Syllabus in 1999.
Name
Knowdaverbs changed his name into Verbs during the third
album release "Unlocked" in 2003. But on his fourth album
"The Groundwork Theory" (2007) the name Knowdaverbs came
back.
Ministry
In 2005 Verbs travelled to South Africa to give a workshop
called "The Train Station". This hip hop program for
youth, from 12 to 18 years old, teaches the elements of hip
hop and highlights the purpose of one's life.
Independant
Verbs has left Gotee Records and gone independant in 2005.
He released three albums through Gotee.
EP
The MC released his EP: The Groundwork 3P through his label
1280 Music on 22nd September, 2006.
New Project
The MC will release his new album "The Groundwork Theory"
in 2007.
