Info:The Cross Movement is one of the most successful crews within the holyhiphop scene.

Crew
Starting in 1997 with the Heaven's Mentality album the crew now consists of:
- William Branch as the Ambassador
- Brady Goodwin as the Phanatik
- John Wells as the Tonic
- Virgil Byrd as Tru-Life

DJ
DJ Official also appears on the photo above. The Cross Movement worked with DJ Official for the first time on the Holy Culture album (2003).

Solo Careers
In 1997 the crew also included Cruz Cordero, EarthQuake (Cleveland Foat Jr.) and Enoch (Juan James).
This was short lived, in 2000 Cruz Cordero and Enoch left. The latter pursues a solo career as Enock. Tru-Life also left in 2000, but shortly afterwards reconciled with the crew. EarthQuake now works for their CMR label, which stands for Cross Movement Records.

Nominations
The crew is nominated at the 23rd annual Stellar Awards 2008 in the category Rap Hip Hop Gospel CD of the Year for "HIStory : Our Place In His Story" (2007).
Another nomination was received but this time for the 50th Annual Grammy Awards 2008 in the category Best Rock Or Rap Gospel Album also for: "HIStory : Our Place In His Story" (2007).

Retirement
Cross Movement Records is still going strong, releasing albums, managing artists and taking care of their streetministry. But the crew is ready to retire and make room for other artists like Flame, Everyday process, Da TRUTH, and JR.

Farewell
The album "HIStory : Our Place In His Story" is announced as the last album of the Cross Movement and was released in June 2007. A Greatest Hits album named "Chronicles" already came out in August of 2006.
